Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Sales Manager on our Professional team at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for DTC and B2B eCommerce sales, revenue, and market share growth with a focus on overall profitability. The primary purpose of this position is to provide the day-to-day project management of eCommerce operations, while collaborating on localized specific initiatives and needs. This position is responsible for execution of aligned global eCommerce strategies, including, but not limited to, increasing efficiency of DTC/B2B eCommerce sales, providing excellent eCommerce focused customer service, securing/ensuring accuracy of inventories and stocks, managing warehouse planning and fulfillment workflows, and driving a streamlined shipping strategy. This position will have one direct report; eCommerce Customer Engagement Specialist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for DTC/B2B eCommerce sales, revenue, and market share growth with a focus on overall profitability and meeting of set KPI targets.
  • Developing, executing, and managing strategic goals, plans, projects, and initiatives.
  • Develops and executes regional projects that support globally focused goals and initiatives including, but not restricted to, eCommerce platform & ERP integrations, B2B focused self-service & drop shipping implementations and cost reductions, multi-warehouse and quick-to-ship projects, and other integrations supporting regional needs such as new payment processors and affiliate/influencer payment and tracking automation capabilities.
  • Manage and track results; provide analytics reporting & frequent updates to global and regionally set performance/KPIs.
  • Manage all aspects of operations for distributor led marketplaces (such as SalonCentric), including but not limited to, any integrations to drive eCommerce direct to customer sales or via distributor managed fulfillment.
  • Implement test & learn global initiatives and programs including, but not limited to subscription-based service and product offerings, SMS eCommerce Integration, loyalty or retention programs, and other workflow or deal-based automation programs.
  • Alongside regional and global brand & digital teams, distinguish site operational experience for B2B & DTC to drive performance and growth of sales conversions.
  • Work closely with global brand/digital/education teams as well as regional creative and marketing teams to collaborate in support of marketing promotional calendar needs.
  • Owns the responsibility for successful completion of projects by appropriately engaging the stakeholders and effectively procuring and deploying resources.
  • Conduct status and tracking meetings. Set agendas and assign tasks. Take notes, follow up, provide updates, and maintain target dates and milestones.
  • Provide regional & global marketing leadership with recommendations that will impact eCommerce performance and assist in providing strategic initiative development.
  • In support of global initiatives, seek, vet, and implement partnerships where needed to implement eCommerce strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing related field; Digital concentration is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience as a eCommerce Sales Manager
  • Highly motivated and analytical individual with a passion for eCommerce.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of eCommerce DTC environments in both operations, integrations, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Experience in end-to-end process management.
  • Strong bias toward execution as well as strong prioritization skills; able to shift focus to urgent issues while not falling behind in other duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables, learn quickly and independently, and improve processes. Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks.
  • Self-starter with an ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong critical thinking skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions.
  • Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
