eCommerce Customer Specialist

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a data-driven self-starter on our growing Professional eCommerce team.

The E-commerce Customer Specialist assists the Wahl Professional e-commerce business with overseeing transactions for online customers at wahlpro.com and other current and future on-line marketplaces and web outlets. This role assists Wahl Professional e-commerce business efforts as they help to optimize Wahlpro.com as well as other marketplaces sales and marketing potential for our online customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Manage Salsify as it pertains to e-commerce database and projects; ensure all marketing assets are current with consistent brand messaging.
2. Analyze data and use data to drive results.
3. Completes customer purchasing journey, including customer correspondence, order inquiries & follow up, shipping information, reviewing/canceling orders, updating orders to account history, etc.
4. Utilizes Hubspot and/or CRM to capture and maintain all consumer interactions/contact to ensure on-going customer satisfaction, identifying trends for future targeted marketing campaigns. Creates customer satisfaction surveys and questionnaires to monitor communication effectiveness.
5. Provide analytic reporting around all facets of the customer, web, and social interaction process.
6. Respond to all customer inquiries generated as a result of sales division email campaigns within 24 hours (weekdays).
7. Execute e-commerce marketing strategies such as coupon code data entry for promotions, shows, affiliate links and influencers.
8. Work with Demand Planning team to maintain wahlpro.com stock and reorder levels in D365.
9. Monthly online wahlpro.com inventory review to determine if there is out of stock and/or missing inventory. Inventory reconciliation between Wahl, 3PL and Magento. Work with 3PL, System Integrator, Wahl IT, Wahl Finance and Wahl shipping to correct discrepancies.
10. Assist Accounts Receivable to reconcile e-commerce account for wahlpro.com for all payment methods. (Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of work experience in eCommerce
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Statistics preferred
• E-commerce, Marketplace, Amazon experience preferred
• Direct to Consumer (D to C) sales experience preferred
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, project driven team environment
• Ability to accept and adapt to change
• Must be detailed oriented
• Accuracy and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
