VP of Global Manufacturing

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of VP of Global Manufacturing.

This position offers an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated business-oriented individual to join a company that is a leader in its industry. This is a highly visible, high-impact position where the successful candidate will be part of the leadership team and be able to drive the business to increased effectiveness.

Responsible for directing and managing the Wahl industrial manufacturing function to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products produced in safe and environmentally friendly facilities at a cost aligned with Wahl strategies and financial objectives. Travel anticipated at 25%-50%. This position reports to the COO.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related science field is required. An MBA is highly preferred.
• The position requires a technical leader with a proven track record in managing global operations.
• Must have 10 to 15 years in senior operations management roles. This includes having broad multi-functional experience overseeing manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality assurance.
• Experience in high volume, non-continuous process manufacturing.
• Strong presentation skills with an ability to discuss information in greater detail with top management and/or the board of directors. Demonstrated excellent communication
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and/or related
• Strong business and finance acumen and experience.
