Senior Product Support Engineer

Job Duties

Responsible for maintaining and improving products within the Value Stream for safety, performance, manufacturability, and assembly. Duties: supervises product support function within the value stream; analyze design of products for any issues that may arise and work to solve them; work with operational management to minimize any impact that product design changes or cost reductions may have on operations; ensure safety of manufacturing process, and safety and functioning of products; ensure quality standards are met or exceeded and marketing requirements met while maintaining/improving the performance of products; communicate status of projects; manage changes to projects and product scope; reviews work instructions for manufacturability and process/product flow; prepare and submit reports to Value Stream Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 3 years experience in design and manufacturing engineering
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree plus experience, Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering plus 1 year experience in design and manufacturing engineering
• Permanent U.S. work authorization

Work Conditions: Full-time, 40 hours per week
