Sales Support EDI/DI Assistant

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Support EDI/DI Assistant for the Consumer Division at our headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

This position in the North American Consumer Division will perform a variety of tasks related to order processing and tracking for the Consumer Division including US and Mexico accounts and DI shipments from order entry through invoicing. This position will work under close direction from the Sr Sales and EDI Services Specialist.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Understand and proficiency in sales order module of D365 system.
• Accurate entry of orders and obtain proper documentation when necessary for changes.
• Enter, Maintain, track orders and shipments for value channel, DI, Mexico and other manual accounts.
• Able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree or High School diploma with 1 to 3 years related experience.
• Must be able to use Microsoft computer applications, proficient in Excel.
• Must have effective customer service skills, be detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Organizational and strong communications skills (oral and written) are required.
• A working knowledge of D365 helpful.
