Sales Service Coordinator

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Sales Service Coordinator at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The Sales Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer order activities from order placement to shipment to achieve customer satisfaction. The Sales Service Coordinator collaborates cross functionally with production control, finance, and shipping to ensure that objectives for on-time delivery are met. This position reports directly to the International Fulfillment Manager.

• Proficient software skills (required)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of customer fulfillment and inventory management concepts
• Strong commitment to creating value for the customer
• Must understand and embrace the Wahl values and culture
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, office administration or comparable function
