Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator works closely with sales, value streams and shipping to ensure that customers are our highest priority in order to meet or exceed their expectations regarding a high-quality product being received on a timely basis. This position reports directly to the Senior Sales Administrator/eCommerce Sales Director.  There are no direct reports to this position.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Oversees the process of identifying customers in breach of agreements on the sale of products through Internet sites.
2. Monitors distributor websites to ensure Internet Minimum Advertised Prices are utilized.
3. Collaborates with shipping to improve the accuracy of Professional product shipments.
4. Manages and stays abreast of status of backorders by reviewing open orders, sets backorder priority to keep inventory moving.  Maintains backorder reports.
5. Responsible for development of checklists for new products and changes for promotions enabling the continuous improvement process.
6. Responsible for the division responsibilities regarding ongoing company-wide computer system project and future system upgrades.
7. Collaborates with other divisions and departments to ensure Professional products are communicated consistently and best practices are being utilized in all aspects of getting products to customers.
8. Tradeshow coordination and travel to tradeshows as necessary.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2-3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced, project driven team environment
• Ability to accept and adapt to change.
• Proven track record of successful multi-project administration
• Must be detailed oriented
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to model the Company's values of respect for people, teamwork and continuous improvement.
