Regional HR Manager, Latin America - Located in Miami, FL

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Regional HR Manager of Latin America located in the Miami Area.

This position will report to the President of Wahl Latin America with dotted line reporting to the Director of HR at global headquarters. This role is located in Sunrise, Florida supporting multiple subsidiaries in Latin America and collaborates with leadership to define human resource strategic and tactical objectives that support the company's overall business goals. The position is responsible for policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, organizational development, and compliance with all applicable country laws. This is a hands-on position managing the day-to-day activities and requires general experience in the areas noted.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field
• Minimum of 7 years human resources experience
• Prior experience in providing support to multiple countries
• Proficient in English and Spanish
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
• Proven ability to coach to improve performance
• Experience in creating and executing talent development and succession planning strategies
• Ability to take complex information and present it in a simple, visual format
• Ability to lead with humility and with a respect for individuals embracing cultural diversity
• Willingness to adapt style to meet the needs of the business
• Able to embrace our family values organization
• Ability to travel up to 20%
