This position assists the Operations Manager in the overall supervision of operations within in the department. Ensures timely delivery of quality products in a safe work environment. Provides leadership to employees. Oversees the performance of cells as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two-year college degree is preferred.
• Must possess strong supervisory skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both employees and management.
• Hands-on skill and detailed knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is required.
• Receptive to continuing education and training in the areas of supervision, safety, manufacturing technology, scheduling, quality and lean manufacturing.
