Marketing Manager, Latin America - Located in Miami, FL

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Marketing Manager for Latin America located in the Miami Area.

This position will report to the President of Wahl Latin America. This role, located in Sunrise, Florida is responsible for the management, coordination and implementation of the Wahl brand marketing strategy for the professional, consumer and animal products.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of marketing experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Understands the needs of the consumer and can translate them into a strategy to maximize sales, profit and market share
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with people of diverse backgrounds
• Experience leading direct reports
• Ability to work independently and make decisions that are in alignment with the overall global strategy. Creative, self-motivated problem solver able to prioritize and meet/ manage timelines working with internal and external partners.
• Previous experience developing content for social media and digital platforms
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence
• Effective presentation development and public speaking skills
• Exhibits strong team leadership and a fit to the Wahl values, which include respect for every individual, integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel 25%
