Internship Summer 2022 - Marketing Coordinator

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator Intern within our Professional Beauty & Barber department at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep spreadsheets updated
• Oversee landing page
• Schedule scholarship and licensing ceremonies
• Schedule and coordinate PR opportunities
• Create messaging document for future products
• Ensure files on SharePoint are updated
• Monitor due dates on projects
• Design product templates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate student or recently graduated from an accredited university
• Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related major preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Project management experience preferred
• Ability to integrate and work within a highly collaborative and diverse group of individuals
• Ability to model the company's values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement
