Internship Summer 2022 - Continuous Improvement

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Continuous Improvement Intern at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• orate with Operators, Cell Leaders, and Supervisors
• Capture, establish, and document standard work processes
• Create a central space to store and organize standard work processes
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate or recently graduated from an accredited university
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Organized with ability to coordinate projects and meetings
• Ability to model the Company's values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement
