International Fulfillment Manager

The International Fulfillment Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day fulfillment and customer service team activities for our global customer base. Through standardized work flow and exceptional communication skills, this manager ensures service levels and lead time objectives are met.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, as it relates to customer orders and customer requests for assistance and information.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders through strong cross-functional relationships with factory operations, marketing and other sales divisions.
• Supervise, develop, and motivate employees by communicating job expectations, policies and procedures as well as planning and monitoring on-going job contributions.
• Prioritize customer service team work and facilitate improvement projects derived from customer-facing metrics such as: On time and in full delivery, Order to ship lead time, Inventory turns, Forecast to order accuracy.
• Benchmark and improve customer service work standards and lead times.
• Support product management and sales to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Interface with Finance on credit and payment issues with customers.
• Professionally represent the 'service' side of order management to both internal and external customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, logistics, supply chain or operations, or equivalent work experience
• 10 years of relevant experience (in the industry or customer service) and 5+ years' experience leading teams
• Expert in Microsoft Excel advanced concepts and PowerPoint. AS400 or other ERP system experience helpful.
• Competent in Business Objects or equivalent business analytics
• Strong foundation in inventory management strategy and concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with cross functional teams and customers
• Ability to develop and sell new concepts and solutions
