HR Administrator

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Administrator at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The HR Administrator provides support to the Human Resources team involving confidential and sensitive personnel activities. This position reports to the HR Business Partner.

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant experience required
• Minimum 1year experience in human resources role(s) with general knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Ability to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner with all levels of employees, customers, and visitors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible to handle interruptions
• Above average computer skills are required (Microsoft Office programs)
• Must be able to effectively interact with persons of all organizational levels
• Ability to model the Company's values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement
