Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The Global Supply Chain Analyst helps drive Service, Inventory and Supply Chain Cost improvements through Supply Chain Data Science and Process Optimization. This includes leveraging data and analysis to better inform Business decisions and drive optimization in complex Supply Chain processes and initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Inventory data research to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement in Inventory Productivity including, but not limited to;
    • Excess and Obsolete prevention and management
    • Safety Stock modelling and Optimization
    • Replenishment Policies and Stocking Strategies
    • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Garner cross-functional support and assemble Project Teams and Project Plans to drive opportunities into sustainable results
  • Development of key Global Supply Chain Health metrics that create a Continuous Improvement behavior and mindset
    • Assist in driving Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions through cross-functional collaboration and Structured Problem Solving
    • Establish regular cadence of reporting and accountability
  • Help Establish Global best practices including, but not limited to;
    • Inventory Forecast for SIOP process
    • Planning data policy and governance to promote MRP reliability and consistency
    • Standardized and centrally owned Supply Chain toolsets
  • Central Resource for analyses to drive Supply Chain and Business decision making
    • What-if scenario modelling
      • Inventory Cause and Effect of Supply Chain design decisions
      • Service level modelling to provide transparency and balance to Cost and Service
    • Act as Single Source of Truth for complex analyses to drive consistency in data and decision making
    • Ability to summarize data and present complex topics in a digestible manner, such that stakeholders understand the impact of options and can effectively make a decision.
  • Resource and Mentor in building bench strength of Data Analytics and Organizational Inventory Education within Wahl
  • Key Consultant on future Planning and Inventory Systems Implementation and Design.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Data Science
  • 5+ years' relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning and Analytics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Project Management
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma or other industry certifications are a plus
  • ADKAR Change Management Experience is a plus
  • Detailed Supply Chain knowledge and experience, including
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Data Management
    • Inventory Strategy and Management
    • Warehousing / Logistics
  • Effective Project Leader with demonstrated results through collaboration
  • Ability to recognize the need for and develop strong relationships to drive outcomes desirable to overall Business performance
  • Experience working in a Global Environment with a diverse set of cultural groups
  • Ability to model the Company's values of teamwork, continuous improvement, and respect for every individual.
  • Travel Domestically and Internationally up to 25% or as needed
