Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Program Manager to join our Global Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience, digital and technical expertise, and interpersonal skills to set and achieve project scope, quality, and on-time delivery in alignment with strategic goals. The Global Digital Program Manager will lead a team of professionals in completing strategic global digital projects to successfully achieve business initiatives and is the main point of contact and accountable party for global eCommerce initiatives and the day-to-day manager of eCommerce for assigned specific business unit(s). This person is a key liaison between the product, marketing, IT, vendor/partners, and agency teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops and executes strategic projects that support the Global Digital Team's goals and initiatives. Delivers projects on time, on budget, and meeting key KPIs.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external teams, vendors and partners, agencies, and software teams to manage the day-to-day details of current eCommerce and eCommerce related implementations and integrations, communicate project progress, as well as facilitate any internal team digital request.
• Strategic lead in communicating to teams as well as delivering upon pre-, and post- launch requirements, readiness/preparedness planning and execution.
• Formally communicate daily, weekly, and monthly written progress reports as well as future strategic initiatives and other enhancements opportunities.
• Works with all the stakeholders to clearly identify the scope and the resources needed to ensure successful delivery of the project. Leads resource management gap analysis and mitigate with a plan to address resource requirements.
• Expertise with formal project management frame works: Lead the development of project plans/timelines, identifies dependencies, builds, and assesses time and budget estimates analyze critical path, analyzes risks and constraints, and identifies resource requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a digital focused discipline. (Strong background in Digital, e-commerce and Marketing)
• Works well remotely and can learn technology quickly.
• Resides in any Country with a Wahl subsidiary location.
• At least 3+ years project management experience in software implementation or eCommerce development in a global work environment (cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, significant technology development, and external partners).
• Experience with various project management principles including AGILE and LEAN.
• Experience developing project plans, process diagrams, use cases, functional and technical requirements
• Experience integrating/implementing or leading eCommerce and MarTech such as CMS, CDP, DMP, CRM, CSM, ESP, etc.
• Excellent time management, presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
• Strong leadership and excellent collaboration skills with an ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.
• Highly responsible, taking ownership and following through to effectively manage people and deadline-based projects.
• Ability to effectively utilize a structured Project Management approach.
