Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Global Digital Intern at our offices in Sterling, Illinois.

In this internship, there will be a heavy focus on customer relationships, e-commerce, and data. They will learn about Marketing and e-Commerce Technologies and Platforms that help power email marketing campaigns, digital customer service tools, and automation to see how we bring it full circle to create positive experiences with our customers and the Wahl brand. They will also gain real-time experience working with a robust e-commerce platform and will play in active role in the roll out of the Wahl Professional Global Brand refresh slated for this spring and summer.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with email marketing strategy and content development for automated emails sent from Wahl digital platforms
• Contribute to content creation for digital customer success initiatives, such as chatbots, FAQs, landing page content, and blogs
• Support regional e-commerce initiatives, such as website updates, improvement research, and reporting as requested
• Organize data and information for ease of use within Customer Relationship Management platform; may also assist with data and record formatting and customization
• Create dashboards and reports on key digital marketing and customer service activities and initiatives to track performance, and offer ideas and opportunities for improvement based on data insights
• Review customer feedback and behavioral data on e-commerce sites to identify central themes and trends
• Assist the Digital Customer Success Manager and other Digital Services team members with day-to-day requests for improvements, optimizations, and project support as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate student or recently graduated from an accredited university
• Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related major preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented individual with analytical and visualization abilities
• Ability to integrate and work within a highly collaborative and diverse group of individuals
• Ability to model the company's values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement
