Electronics Engineer Intern

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products. We have exciting opportunities for college students to spend the summer with Wahl at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Help the Research and Development team with projects, including:
  • Explore motor performance improvement ideas.
  • Experiment with control concepts
  • Lab testing and systematic investigation of different designs
  • Debugging/troubleshooting issues with products or equipment
  • Evaluating competitive products
  • Other projects assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate or recently graduated
• Pursuing a degree or has a strong demonstrated passion for Engineering or similar field
• Must be able to work under time constraints
• Must be a quick learner
• Must be reliable and a self-starter
