Divisional Vice President Sales

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to fill the role of Divisional Vice President of Sales at our headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The Divisional Vice President of Sales will build and lead the sales team for North America (U.S.A. and Mexico) Consumer Division. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, passionate and collaborative. They will work closely with a broad set of internal and external partners to develop and execute the sales strategies of North America that align and deliver against Wahl's Global strategic priorities.

• Significant experience (10+ years) in sales and sales leadership, retail strategy, trade shows, and industry events
• Bachelors' Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field preferred
• Exhibit the Wahl values of respecting every individual, leading with humility, continuous improvement, and creating value for the customer.
• Track record of leadership with measurable success
• Ability to inspire peak performance of direct teams and internal partners
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams toward common goals
• Able to work effectively across channels within the organization to cross functional divides and drive actions and results
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain higher lever relationships with retail and industry executives
• Outstanding communication skills across all audiences
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and execution level
