Digital Customer Success Manager

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Digital Customer Success Manager located at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

Responsible for developing and driving strategy in the areas of Customer Success including, email, CSM, Self-Service, Automation, and New Technologies (MarTech), while enabling and empowering global teams to take the strategies and tools shared with them for implementation across their business units. The Digital Customer Success Manager will utilize data-driven methodologies in creating value for customers at scale by using purpose-built tools that facilitate a personalized customer experience regardless of segment or lifecycle stage. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing.

• Creative, analytical, and technologically savvy.
• Experience driving digital activations, dashboarding & monitoring analytics, and providing performance and growth optimized insights.
• Minimum 5 years of proven working experience as digital analytical strategist.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to senior managers
• Good understanding of social & earned media marketing, paid search/internet marketing and digital analytics, and marketplace/ecommerce selling
• Fluency in CRM, CDP, CSM, CMS, LMS and other MarTech software.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix strategy
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Undergraduate Degree in marketing related field
