Demand Planner, Latin America - Located in Miami, FL

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual in the role of Demand Planner for Latin America located in the Miami area (Sunrise, Florida).

This position is responsible for collaborating with sales & marketing to generate a quality demand signal used in downstream supply chain processes to align end to end material flow and prepare for actual customer demand.

• BS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field of study
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or forecasting role
• Excellent software skills - experience in IBM Planning Analytics, SAP or equivalent demand planning system preferred
• Ability to effectively break down complex data (quantitative and qualitative) into manageable pieces to be used in the forecasting process
• Demonstrated proficiency applying demand and inventory management concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational impacts
• Ability to work and influence effectively across departments and multiple levels of management
• Possess the business acumen and interpersonal skills to build and maintain cross functional relationships
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and bring ideas to fruition
