This position supports the sales team and customer base of the Professional Division and is responsible for Mexico/Puerto Rico sales order entry and processing; sales support; return authorizations; sample orders; support materials for customer meetings; customer master file maintenance; credit card pre authorizations & payments; clerical duties including mailings and work cross functionally with the Senior Sales Specialist.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for Mexico and Puerto Rico orders and shipments.
• Assists the Professional leadership team.
• Process RMA and full follow through for account reconciliation.
• Process orders for samples and giveaways.
• Assist in meeting and tradeshow preparation.
• Maintain customer master information in SharePoint.
• Correspondence distribution to territory managers and customers.
• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma required
• 5 years' office experience
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy environment.
• Experience in Microsoft applications required and knowledge of D365 beneficial.
• Ability to model the Company's values of respect, teamwork and continuous improvement.
