Consumer and Customer Credit Returns Coordinator

Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Consumer and Customer Credit Returns Coordinator for the Consumer Division at our headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

The Consumer and Customer Credit Returns Coordinator is responsible for handling all returns, discrepancies in freight charges, issues credit memos, processes Walmart settlements, and discount errors from start to finish. This position reports directly to Sr Business Analyst.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Receives all incoming inquires (phone & mail) in regards to returned and/or shortage of merchandise and violation charges
• Process returns difference disputes
• Process monthly reports in Excel for Walmart settlements
• Issues credits for returns
• Processing of shortage/violation/allowance deductions. Process disputes if needed
• Determines reasons for discrepancies in accounts receivable and makes necessary corrections with customers and Accounting Dept.
• Ensures that phone calls are answered promptly and customers receive the assistance they need.
• Responsible for performing Return Clerk and Customer Service duties as necessary.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree
• 5 years' experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
• Ability to understand AS400
• Personal interaction skills
• Computer skills
• Communication skills
